A Difficult Goodbye to Go Paddle AZ

It is with great sadness we must announce that Go Paddle AZ will be closing at the end of August 2026.

Unfortunately, Pleasant Harbor Marina/Maricopa Water District chose not to renew the remainder of our contract, even though we have never been in violation of our contract, and have a perfect safety record. We had every intention of continuing to operate for years to come.

Over the past 15 seasons, we had the honor and privilege of serving more than 107,000 guests and maintaining an average 4.9-star rating—consistently and organically. Those numbers represent so much more than statistics. They represent families, friends, visitors, celebrations, adventures, and countless memories made on the water.

Thank you everyone who visited us, supported us, shared our business with others, left a review or spent time with us on the water. We are truly grateful for the memories, friendships, and support you have given Go Paddle AZ. Thank you for 15 incredible seasons. It has been an honor to be a part of this community. We couldn’t have done it without you.

Parking and Shuttle

Guests of Pleasant Harbor can get a shuttle bus ride from the North Ramp Parking Lot (public parking) to the top of dock walkway to marina. The North Ramp Parking Lot is located near the fire station with the two wind generators next to it. The shuttle bus will pick up and drop off at the blue shade canopy by the edge of the parking lot and the brown shade canopy at top of marina walk-way. Wait times vary (approx. 10 min). It takes approximately 10 minutes to walk down to the marina if you choose not to take the shuttle bus. Follow the signs to the marina. There is a $10 per vehicle entry fee into Pleasant Harbor. The shuttle ride is FREE.
